I got an email from a former dev of TMB yesterday, he sort of said he isnt working on the new game but he did give a clue that he might have some input.
Anyway, he keeps in touch with the guys at ESP and flat out said it was Twisted Metal (which is old news I know but it's still fun to hear ppl confirm it!).
I joked about NDA's with him and I get the impression that Sony is being pretty lose about ppl in the industry talking about it.
